I'm sitting for Level II again tomorrow, just curious if anyone is sitting for L I or II. Gl to everyone, even though it doesn't get as much respect as the CFA, it's still a damn hard test, and I'll be a giddy school girl to be done with this and have the charter.

Creating a Fact Sheet for company's products
I'll unload my silver bananas on whoever can help me with this. I'm trying to create a fact sheet for one of my company's products. Ideally something like this

UFC 131 Dos Santos vs. Carwin
So after watching UFC for a while I finally plopped down my first decent sized bet. I got Carwin at +160, so 250 to win 400. I honestly see this fighting going a couple of ways and I weighted those by probability. I honestly think Dos Santos will win, but out of 10 times Carwin probably takes 6, so I placed the bet. Plus Carwin is my fave fighter, so I had to bet on him
Anyway.... I see it going one of 3 ways
1) Stand and bang like the Roy Nelson fight. I think Carwin has a good enough chin to stand for 3 rounds, and hopefully with his slimmed down body enough endurance. That said this is not the preferred method for a Carwin victory. I see Dos Santos darting in and out, with Carwin missing with his punches as JDS pulls away. I'd say 3 round decision Dos Santos if this happens.

Audited by the IRS need advice
So I get a nice little letter today from the IRS saying that I owe them 1750$ from back in 2010. They're saying the 8000 I pulled from my Roth is income and should be taxed apparently as such. This 8000 was below the 10000 I'd contributed because of the 08 crash, so I knew I wouldn't get penalized since I was just getting principle out.
Any advice on what to do? Just send them the Vanguard documents showing them that this is just pulled from my IRA, and there is no way in hell this should be taxed as income? F#@$ this, CFA in 2 weeks, this is the last thing I need to deal with.

Does any one have any good provider they could recommend for fixed income white papers. I've looked at Morningstar and Forefield but they are just generic financial advisor type items. Looking for some general pieces about duration targeting, what an mbs is, about the current interest rate environment etc. Thanks.

If the deal is a roughly 10mm muni offering, with one lead underwriter and one FA? Is it typically a percentage? A flat fee? Around 40-50k?

Comps Tables by Industry
Does anyone have an idea of where I could get a good list of the relevant metrics you would look at to assess the creditworthiness for companies in certain GICS sectors/ subsectors.
I.e. for banks you would look for tier 1 capital, loan to deposits, net interest margin, tangible common equity etc.
I'm just curious for the rest of the sectors i.e. industrials, energy, utilities, consumer discr. / staples etc.
Thanks, Bloomberg's RV function has been moderately helpful but not quite what I was looking for

Planning a Miami Bachelor Party
